We are currently seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to join our team in acquisitions. This is an opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced team with a deep track record in multifamily investment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Performance underwriting
- Market research
- Asset strategy development
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.
- Bachelor’s degree and Masters or MBA preferred, with emphasis on individuals with strong academic and finance skills.
- Experience with Real Estate Investment and Underwriting is required.
