Our client is a leading international financial institution. They are currently seeking a strong candidate to oversee their Transfer Agency division. The successful candidate will have 6-8 years of senior management experience and a minimum of 4 years managing a team within the fund industry.
The candidate must have:
- Strong Transfer Agency knowledge completed with a strong understanding of Custody and Regulatory background to Funds Industry essential.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills essential.
- Third level Degree, Business related desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
The responsibilities of the role are:
• Planning and implementing the department targets and objectives.
• Provide leadership and support for projects in need of assistance.
• Liaising with clients and building relationships with other departments.
• Responsible for Transfer Agency service delivery.
• Resolving complex problems that come from other departments.
• Making certain adherence with regulatory requirements.
